The hotel was absolutely stunning and nice outside the city center. Stayed at a beautiful and clean room with a great shower and a very comfortable bed. - the staff were really helpful and affable throughout the property. - the hotel was close enough to a beautiful area, downtown, and Puerto Natales.

The hotel is in a fairly nice area, just a short walk from the city center and Puerto Natales. the staff at the hotel are really helpful. - the rooms have a great shower, very comfortable beds, and adequate space. - They offer a wide range of goodies for breakfast.
